Aloha! Huria's is a mobile woodfired vendor, specializing in handcrafted NY-inspired, brick oven pizza Napoletana and Mediterranean cuisine, and available for special events in all of Oahu! Founded by Chef Owner Mohaimen Huria and Mrs. Huria, they fuse together their industry experience in the arts with NYC & international culinary backgrounds; presenting a unique approach to catering perfect for weddings and all special events on the island.

ABOUT OUR STYLE

With a chef-driven approach and an aesthetic vibe unlike any other, we travel to you and assemble our custom designed pop-up kitchen on the spot! We present your chosen menu in a rustic, large-format open buffet style; bringing a true feast to you and your guests. If you’re looking for beautiful flavor combinations & an emphasis on creativity — you’ve come to the right place!

Our Service

From booking to our day-of service, we pride ourselves in communication and one-on-one planning directly with all clients. We make ourselves available as a reliable resource from booking until the day of your event, and guarantee professional and focused correspondence at all times. We are happy to connect with your planner / day-of-coordinator, if there is one, in the weeks leading up to your event.

What’s Included

Experienced with bringing our woodfired magic to the most remote and romantic of locations, we provide everything needed to enjoy our specialties as a fully-standalone operation. Offering simplicity to our brides & grooms (and all hosts), we aim to share fresh and high-quality cuisine with you & your guests in a focused, non-stuffy and hassle-free way. We provide artistic palm leaf plates and eco-friendly supplies, balancing our vibrant cuisine with a casual-elegant feel and giving our clients the opportunity to focus on what really matters (delicious food done right!) without so many extra moving parts.

Booking Details

Huria’s requires a base package minimum beginning at $3,000 to be met before tax and fees for all special events on Oahu. Wedding minimums may vary according to peak seasons, up to 8k-10k. All packages are subject to sales tax, gratuity, a set-up & breakdown fee and a travel fee from Kaka'ako. Our services are first come, first serve. If you would like to book us for your event and lock in your date, we require a 50% deposit and the remainder due up to 30 days before your event.
